Fourth of July Activities in the City of Norco

Celebrate the Fourth of July the Horsetown USA way at the Fourth of July Trail Ride & Picnic in the Park followed by the Our Country Fourth of July Fireworks & Concert Festival!
 
Start your morning with a Patriotic Scenic Trail Ride at 9:30 a.m., which will be staged out of Parking Lot 2 at the Ingalls Event Center, located at the corner of Crestview Drive and Sixth Street. Dress in red, white and blue as prizes will be awarded for the most patriotic horse and rider! Helmets are required for riders under the age of 18, and there may be a shallow river crossing.
 
After the trail ride, relax at a family picnic at Pikes Peak Park, located directly across from the Ingalls Event Center, from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. The picnic will feature live music from Sterling Sylver, crafts for kids, old-fashioned picnic games, cake walks, horseshoe tournaments, a patriotic bike parade, a patriotic hat contest, and more! Prizes will be awarded!
 
After the City of Norco's Fourth of July Equestrian Trail Ride and Picnic in the Park, head over to SilverLakes and enjoy a full afternoon and evening of Fourth of July activities, including rides, food vendors, full bars, family entertainment, and music all day, featuring SMASH MOUTH! Plus, an amazing fireworks show!
 
Admission to the Our Country Festival is FREE to Norco residents who register prior to the event at www.ourcountryfestival.com/norco. Please note, parking fees are not included with free admission and attendees must enter the venue by 4 p.m. to redeem their free passes.

The City of Norco would like to remind all residents that it has a ZERO tolerance policy regarding the possession and use of illegal fireworks. Protecting the safety of residents and their animals is a top priority for the City of Norco, the Norco Sheriff's Station, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, and CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department. Extra patrol will be deployed to prevent and cite the illegal use of fireworks and firearms in the community.
 
To report illegal fireworks activity or firearm discharge, please contact the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department at (951) 776-1099. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 9-1-1.
 
If assistance with small or large animal rescues or evacuations is needed, contact the City of Norco Animal Control Shelter at (951) 737-8972 during regular business hours. In an after-hours emergency situation, call (951) 371-1143.
