The annual 4th of July Parade kicks off at noon Thursday. Expect traffic delays in the Chester-Main-Church St. area. 
The annual 4th of July Parade kicks off on Chester Ave. at noon Thursday. The parade route travels Chester Ave. to Main St. to Church St. and concludes at Memorial Field. Come out and enjoy the parade with family and friends. Expect traffic delays in the area beginning at 11am as the detour routes are put in place. Officers will be on location to assist with traffic.
