NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide investigators responded to 15400 Block of Temple Avenue, La Puente to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult which occurred on Monday, July 1, 2019 at approximately 2:57 P.M.
Homicide Detectives have learned that deputies assigned to Industry Sheriff’s Station responded to the location regarding a person not breathing call. Upon their arrival, they located a male Hispanic adult suffering from a single gunshot wound to the torso. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no suspect information available.
The investigation is still on-going, and there is no additional information at this time.
