Deerpath Rd. will be closed at 2pm today from W. Mooseheart Rd to Tanner Rd to remove a downed tree. Avoid the area.

The North Aurora Police Department would like to inform you that this afternoon a tree service will be removing a tree that fell across Deerpath Rd. yesterday during the storms on the Village's far west side.
This requires that Deerpath Rd. be closed between W. Mooseheart Rd. and Tanner Rd, beginning around 2pm today. It is unknown when the road will be open but they hope the job is complete before the afternoon rush.
The same area may also be closed Tuesday for part of the day.
Please avoid the area and use Randall Rd. & Orchard Rd. as detours during the closure(s). See attached for a map of the closure area.
