Unlicensed driver found with marijuana and pills
Deputy Robert Watson of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Felisha Marie Rausch, 32, address listed as Erie Drive in Nebo, with possession of marijuana, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and driving while license revoked.
At 7:10 p.m. on Monday, May 27, Watson stopped an Isuzu Rodeo on Nebo School Road. He knew the driver, Rausch, did not have a license.
A subsequent search of the automobile yielded 1.6 grams of marijuana and 18 Oxycodine pills.
