Flash Flood Warning until 04:15AM Sunday 
The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... East central Vermilion County in east central Illinois...
* Until 415 AM CDT Sunday.
* At 1014 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen this evening. Flash flooding is already occurring.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Danville, Bismarck, Henning, Vermilion County Airport and Alvin. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 inch are possible in the warned area as additional thunderstorms move into the area after 1015 PM CDT, and may worsen flooding in some areas.
* AFFECTED AREAS: VERMILION, IL
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
