The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... East central Vermilion County in east central Illinois...
* Until 815 PM CDT.
* At 613 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Danville, Bismarck, Henning, Vermilion County Airport and Alvin.
* AFFECTED AREAS: VERMILION, IL
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
