Synopsis: A 58 year old female pedestrian was crossing Pacific Highway diagonally from east to west across the northbound lanes of traffic. A 27 year old male was driving his gold 2007 Chevy Tahoe northbound in #2 lane. The male sideswiped the pedestrian with his right side. The female sustained an open fracture of left tibia and fibula requiring surgery. No DUI. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
