On Friday, June 28, 2019 at about 11:01 a.m., Santa Clara police officers responded to assist the Santa Clara Fire Department with a structure fire at a condominium construction site located at 1890 El Camino Real.
While at the scene, officers detained an adult male near the scene. This person is only being identified as a person of interest. Later in the afternoon, this person was released without any charges. Our investigation is on-going.
