* At 722 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cleveland, Parma, Lakewood, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Strongsville, Westlake, Grafton, North Olmsted, Garfield Heights, Shaker Heights, South Euclid, Parma Heights, Rocky River, Brook Park and Berea.
