                Deputy David Jones of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Steven Lynn Milam, 45, address listed as Hicks Chapel Loop in Marion, with possession of marijuana, maintaining a vehicle to keep a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, operating a vehicle with no insurance and driving while license revoked.
                At approximately 1:35 a.m. on Sunday, May 26, Jones was on patrol on N.C. 226 South and stopped an Infiniti for multiple traffic violations. He found Milam driving and knew he did not have a valid driver’s license.
                A search of the automobile by Jones, Deputy Jordon Frisbee and Deputy Brian Walker and K-9 Loki turned up 210 grams of marijuana.
