Deputies arrest Nicholas Davis at his home in Hacienda Heights for
obtaining credit with another's identification

LOCATION: 14300 block of 7th Street, Victorville
SUSPECTS: Nicholas Damian Davis, 33-year old Hacienda Heights resident
VICTIM: Active Mobility Center
SUMMARY: On June 27, 2019, detectives from the Victorville Police Department arrested Nicholas Damian Davis, at his Hacienda Heights home.
Detective T. Boydston began investigating Davis after receiving information on an identity theft case in Orange County. They learned Davis had made purchases at the Active Mobility Center in Victorville under a false name, using an account that was not his. Davis purchased and received merchandise from the victim totaling over $10,000.00.
On June 27, 2019, a search warrant was executed at Davis’ home in the 16200 block of Sierra Way, in Hacienda Heights. Detectives recovered a motorized scooter from the home, believed to have been obtained through fraudulent means. Davis was arrested and booked at Central Detention Center in San Bernardino for receiving known stolen property and obtaining credit with another’s identification. He is scheduled to appear in Victorville Superior Court on July 1, 2019.
