SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Elite Fugitive Squad Strikes Again!
On June 15, 2019 Sheriff Victor Hill attended the Neighborhood Watch meeting for the Telstar Community in Conley to listen to the concerns of residents. Residents complained to the Sheriff that they were experiencing burglaries and that they suspected that a man who has been terrorizing their neighborhood for months may be involved. Residents gave a description of the suspected man to the Sheriff and stated that he was a known drug user and is seen daily walking through the streets of their community. Interestingly, residents stated that he was something of a street “track star” because he had successfully ran from law-enforcement and gotten away several times.
The Sheriff made contact with some of his informants in the area and was able to identify the suspect the neighborhood watch were complaining about as Dionte Arnold. When Sheriff Hill called in his Tactical Patrol, they found that Arnold already had an outstanding warrant on him for a probation violation.
Sheriff Hill then ordered his Tactical Patrol to go find Arnold and get him off the streets. Within an hour members of the Sheriff’s Tactical Patrol spotted Arnold, or should we say Arnold spotted them. Arnold fled between houses and went into a wooded area where he was able to elude capture once again and stayed at large for days.
Since Arnold was very good at spotting uniform patrol cars and running on site to get a head start advantage to escape, the Sheriff ordered all uniform Tactical Patrol to leave the area and ordered his elite Fugitive Squad to go in and set up to capture Arnold.
Yesterday evening, members of Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Fugitive Squad spotted Arnold in front of Parker’s Grocery Store and upon them jumping out Arnold took flight again. Arnold fled through multiple back yards clearing several fences before he was tackled and captured!
Now the residents of the Telstar community can get some relief while Arnold ponders his failed “track star” career as he faces the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known to all as “The Hill-ton”
