Montisha Ellis 01/24/1992
SUSPECT: Male African-American Adult (NFD)
UNIT: Patrol Division
NARRATIVE:
The suspect(s) shot at the two victims, who were believed to be seated in a vehicle at the time of the shooting. Officer arrived quickly at the crime scene and located evidence of a shooting. The suspect(s) fled the location prior to police arriving at the scene and the victims also left in the vehicle prior to the police arriving at the scene of the shooting. At this time, there is still an outstanding suspect(s).
It was determined both victims were struck by the gunfire and they immediately responded to the hospital. Both victims' injuries are not life-threatening and both are in stable condition.
