Effective July 1st, Tennessee's new law "Hands-Free Tennessee" will be effective. See attached!!

From the Jackson Police Department:

Effective July 1, 2019, a revision to TCA 55-8-199 will make the use of any hand held cellphone (or othe mobile device) while operating a motor vehicle a moving violation.
