2nd Precinct Community Service Officer T. Rich and Others Attend Graduation of Alexia Popolizio 
2nd Precinct Community Service Officer (CSO) T. Rich was among those Newark Police Officers who attended the graduation of Alexia Popolizio, daughter of fallen Newark Officer Tommaso Popolizio, at Caldwell University Elementary School in Caldwell, NJ.
