Arrest of Suspicious Person at Janesville Mall

On 6/21/19 at 7:37 PM, officers from the Janesville Police Department responded to the Janesville Mall at 2500 Milton Ave for a suspicious person. A juvenile female reported a male was attempting to take photographs her in a bathroom stall.

On 6/22/19, the police department received an anonymous tip the suspect was Joshua Miller. Officer located Miller near Five Points Intersections. He was taken into custody on a Department of Corrections Warrant. Miller admitted to attempting to take photographs of the female in the bathroom at the mall.

Joshua Miller (28 years old) was arrested on the following charges:

942.09(2): Attempting to Capture a Representations Depicting Nudity
947.01: Disorderly Conduct
973.10: Probation Violation
