SUMMARY:
On Thursday, May 16, 2019, Detectives from the Colorado River station / Needles Police began an investigation into a possible child molestation. The suspect was identified as Thomas Hernandez. Hernandez was already in custody for an unrelated case.
On Thursday, June 20, 2019, detectives interviewed Hernandez and at the end of the interview, Hernandez was supplemental booked for Lewd acts with a Child. He is being held on $250,000.00 bail. Hernandez was known to the family.
