On June 21, 2019, around 5:30am, the Kern County Sheriff's Office was called for a report of a deceased person on the 4200 block of South Fairfax Road.
Deputies arrived and located an adult man deceased in a water canal.
Homicide detectives were called to the scene and are investigating the death as suspicious.
