The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for... Northern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 445 AM EDT Friday.

* At 1025 PM EDT, branches of the Rancocas Creek remain above flood stage, and roads remain closed.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include... Evesham, Mount Laurel, Willingboro, Medford, Lumberton, Burlington, Mount Holly, Riverside, Bordentown, Presidential Lakes Estates, Pemberton, Wrightstown, Ramblewood, Marlton, Leisuretowne, Jacksonville, Georgetown, Presidential Lakes, Browns Mills and Jobstown.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BURLINGTON, NJ

Instructions:

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
