Wilmington Police arrest man on weapon, disorderly conduct charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man found with a concealed firearm after a disorderly conduct incident.
On June 15 at approximately 12:15 a.m., police were called to the 1100 block of West 5th Street in reference to a possible fight in progress. Upon arrival, officers observed 24-year-old Keenan Geter-Boatswain yelling and screaming obscenities at residents in the block. He was ordered several times to stop yelling, but he refused to comply and was taken into custody without incident.
Police found a loaded 9mm semiautomatic handgun inside of Geter-Boatswain’s pants.
Geter-Boatswain has been charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $3,000 unsecured bail.
