Deputies locate stolen vehicle and driver is on Post Release Community Supervision and has a no bail felony warrant

SUSPECT(S): Kenneth Myers, 42 years old, resident of Yucaipa
Jacob Moreno, 42 years old, resident of Beaumont
SUMMARY:
On June 19, 2019, deputies responded to an Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) hit of a stolen vehicle near Yucaipa Blvd and Interstate 10.
At approximately 11:42 a.m., Deputy Alcala and Probation Officer Ulloa observed the stolen vehicle heading eastbound on Outer Highway 10 South, occupied by two males. A traffic stop was conducted in the 32000 block of OH 10 South. The driver, Kenneth Myers, and front passenger, Jacob Moreno, were taken into custody without incident. The victim of the vehicle theft responded to the scene and recovered her car.
Myers was booked on multiple felony charges related to vehicle theft with prior convictions. He was also found to have a no bail, felony warrant for violating the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS). He is being held without bail.
Moreno was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and was arrested on drug paraphernalia charges. He was later cite released.
