* Until 200 AM EDT.
* At 1038 PM EDT, minor flooding was continuing from thunderstorms earlier in the evening. Radar has estimated two to three inches of rainfall in sections of the advisory area.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Lynchburg, Fayetteville, Chasetown, Blanchester, St. Martin, Russell, New Vienna, Samantha, Hillsboro, Martinsville, Danville, Westboro, Midland and Morrisville.
