Flash Flood Warning

Flash Flood Warning until 12:15am. Dangerous flooding is possible. Do not drive through flooded roads.

 At 617 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Bensalem, Willingboro, Lumberton, Florence, Burlington, Bristol, Mount Holly, Riverside, Palmyra, Bordentown, Beverly, Tullytown, Audubon Park, Wrightstown, Wissinoming, Florence-Roebling and Cherry Hill Mall.

Additional rainfall amounts of over an inch are possible in the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
