The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has expanded the
* Flash Flood Watch to include portions of central Indiana, north central Indiana, and west central Indiana, including the following areas, in central Indiana, Clinton and Howard. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Tippecanoe and Warren.
* Through Thursday evening
* Heavy rain remains a threat through Thursday with the potential for an additional 2 to 4 inches in some locations. The greatest risk for widespread heavy rainfall is this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CLINTON ... HOWARD ... TIPPECANOE ... CARROLL ... WARREN
