Synopsis: A 31 year old male was driving his 2000 Toyota pickup truck at a high rate of speed northbound 1700 Pershing Dr. He lost control of his truck and subsequently rolled over. During the crash, the front passenger, who is a 31 year old male, sustained serious injuries to his right hand and a large laceration to top of his head. The driver was DUI but was admitted to the hospital and the warrant of arrest will be requested. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
