Suspect Wanted for Stolen Vehicle Pursuit

On 06-17-2019 at 4:53 pm Officer were Dispatched to The Hubb Auto for what started out as a civil dispute. We later learned the suspects arrived in a stolen car and took a car from The Hubb Auto for a “test drive.” It was quickly learned this was a fraud and that vehicle was stolen.

Officer Severson initiated a short pursuit on I-39. The pursuit was terminated for safety concerns. The suspects fled south to the 600 Block of West Sunny Lane. Officers were able to apprehend the male suspect. The female suspect is still at large.

The female is described as a white female, approximately 5'06"-5'08" weighing approximately 160 pounds and has blonde hair. She was last seen wearing jean cut off shorts, a white shirt or tank top and tennis shoes. She was last seen running in the area of Sunny lane and Highway 51. She does not have a phone and does not know anyone in the area. This couple is being investigated for several frauds and stolen vehicles at this point.

We learned that a known associate of the male we have in custody is Samantha J. Sliger, she is a 39 year old white female. She has 8 active warrants in Iowa and Illinois. Her aliases are Rikki Sliger and Kimberly Lille. Kimberly Lille is a name associated with one of the cases we are investigating. Samantha’s photo is attached.
