OWI 4th Arrest 
On 6-16-19 at 11:35 PM Janesville Police were sent to the Kwik Trip at 3359 Milton Av for a down subject. Upon arrival officers had contact with a male subject in a vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect appeared to be impaired by drugs upon initial observation. The suspect was put through standard field sobriety tests which confirmed impairment. The driver was arrested for OWI and submitted to an evidentiary blood test with results pending. A department of transportation records check showed 3 prior convictions for OWI. Officers located drug evidence in plain view inside the vehicle. The suspect is being held at the Rock County Jail until his initial court appearance.
