Utility repairs on Phoenix Ave. from now until approximately 2pm. No through traffic, resident access only. 
JCP&L will be repairing a power line on Phoenix Ave. from now until approximately 2PM. During that time no through traffic will be allowed between Cobb Place and Washington St. Residents will be allowed access and assisted by a Morristown Police officer on the site.
