Police Arrest A Man for Possession of Firearms 
HOLLISTER, CALIFORNIA – June 14, 2019– The Hollister Police Department arrested a local man for possession of firearms.
On June 12, 2019, at about 7:21 P.M., an Officer was on patrol in the area of Fourth Street and Westside Boulevard when he spotted a traffic violation and stopped the vehicle.
The Officer contacted the driver Jorge Ivan Jaramillo Regalado (29). Regalado, a resident of Salinas, Ca was found to be on probation for drugs and firearms violations.
As the Officer was conducting further investigation, a rifle was found concealed, in the rear seat of the vehicle. A loaded handgun and a large quantity of ammunition was found in the trunk.
Regalado was arrested and charged with carrying a loaded firearm while not being the owner, 2 counts of a probationer in possession of a firearm and a felon in possession of a fiream/ammunition and carryining a loaded firearm in a vehilce.
