Synopsis: A 36 year old Filipino male suspect walked up to a 20 year old female victim who was at her car in her apartment complex. The suspect did not say anything and shot her 2 times in the back. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital. Her injuries have been determined to be non life threatening. The suspect was found later in the area of 4800 Eastgate Mall. 36 year old Emmanuel Ocular was arrested. San Diego Police Gang Detectives are investigating.
