Issue: Careless Driving, Speeding, and Distracted Driving

Location: Route 1- Route 522 to Independence Way
Issue: “Hard Shoulder” Violations
Times: 9:00am-4:00pm and 7:00pm-6:00am
Location: Township Wide
Event: Roving DWI Patrols
Date & Time: June 8th from 9:00pm-2:00am
Ongoing Traffic Projects:
Location: Route 27- New Road to Route 518
Issue: Franklin Twp Water Line Installation. Route 27 Southbound will be closed from New Road to Route 518 from 8:00pm-6:00am. Emergency vehicles will have full access.
Status: Work is projected from Monday June 10-Thursday June 13.
Location: Route 535 at the New Jersey Turnpike Overpass
Issue: Maintenance of the overpass. Traffic alternating on weeknights
Status: Work is projected to last through August
Location: Route 535- Davidson Mill Road to Dunhams Corner Road
Issue: Middlesex County Road Department to mill and pave
Status: Scheduled paving June 10 to June 14, 7am-4pm.
