A man was shot in the left leg on Washington Avenue near North 12th Street.
The victim, 32, of Medford, was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
