**Traffic Lights Out Lakeville St. at 101 Southbound Off Ramp** STOP AT UNCONTROLLED INTERSECTIONS PROCEED WHEN SAFE. 
Traffic signal lights are currently out in the intersection of Lakeville St. and the southbound 101 off ramp. When approaching an uncontrolled intersection motorists in all directions are required to stop and treat the intersection as they would a stop sign. Motorists can proceed after stopping when safe.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area as traffic will be impacted in the area.
