Man Who Kidnapped And Raped Woman Captured By Clayton County Police & Sheriff’s Deputies. SHERIFF VICTOR HILL
Early this morning a female who was walking to a bus stop in the area of Flint-River Rd and Glenwood Dr was kidnapped, taken into a wooded area, robbed, and raped.
Clayton County Police and Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on scene and set up a perimeter around the area where the suspect was last seen running. Within the hour the suspect was captured and identified as Thomas Bernard who is 18 years of age.
Bernard now has accommodations at “The Hill-ton “ where he will have plenty of time to learn how to face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
