FBI Violent Crimes Task Force Seeks Assistance in Identifying a Bank Robbery Suspect

INCIDENT TYPE: Bank Robbery

INCIDENT LOCATION: 7470 E. 82nd Street, North District

INDIANAPOLIS –Detectives with the Indianapolis FBI Violent Crimes Task Force seek the public’s assistance for information that would lead to the identity of the person depicted in the attached surveillance photo.

Just before 10:30 a.m., on 6.5.2019, officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) were dispatched to the Indiana Member Credit Union, located in the 7400 block of E. 82nd Street, reference a robbery that just occurred. When officers arrived, officers were told that a white male, presented a robbery demand note and then fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’7” to 5’9” tall, approximately 170-180lbs, wearing a baseball cap, prescription glasses, tee shirt, jacket, and blue jeans. He was last seen on foot westbound from the credit union.

The Indianapolis FBI Violent Crimes Task Force is conducting an active investigation into this incident.
