Woman driving without license and with meth 
Deputy Steven McPeters of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Megan B. Miller, address listed as Bakersville, with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
McPeters stopped a vehicle driven by Miller on the morning of Friday, May 17 on the five-lane. He knew Miller was driving without a valid license.
A subsequent search of the car and Miller’s belongings turned up 1 gram of methamphetamine and items of drug paraphernalia.
