Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 12 p.m. in the 1000 block of East 27th Street.

Police located a 15-year-old male gunshot victim, who has been transported to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.

This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
