Weather Advisory - East Kern mountain and desert area- 
A small area of moderate weather is traveling over the east Kern area.
Some heavy rain was reported over the area of the Hwy 58 pass near Hwy 14. Some lightning and isolated high winds may be associated with the storm cell.
Some minor street flooding was reported.
motorists should avoid travel in the affected area and of the storm.
Some hail was reported in other areas of Kern County earlier this afternoon.
Areas that may be affected is Hwy 14 between mojave and Ridgecrest, Redrock Randsburg Road north of California City. Community of Wonder Acres may experience high winds for the next 30 minutes.
The storm cell should pass through the area in next next 2 hours.
