Heavy precipitation Thursday creates potential for localized flooding where rainfall is heaviest, in urban areas, at low-lying areas, on roads, and at locations with poor drainage. Flooding potential is enhanced where waterways are stressed from prior rainfall and runoff. Thunderstorms may bring damaging winds and hail.
