Nepessing Street opening 
Per Lapeer City Police Department:
The temporary evacuation of residences and businesses on Nepessing St will be removed at 5:00 PM today. All residents and business owners will be allowed back into their homes and/or place of business after 5:00 PM. There will continue to be partial road closures in the area of Saginaw, E. Nepessing and W. Nepessing Streets while work crews continue to work.
