Come joins us for the "Murph Challenge" tomorrow! Crossfit 608 doors will open at 8:30am (rain or shine). All fitness levels are welcome! The "Murph Challenge" is done annually on Memorial Day in honor of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, United States Navy Seal who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005 during the course of Operation Redwing. For his bravery and sacrifice, "Murph" was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor.

The Janesville Police Department food trailer will be on display during the event. Come grab a bite to eat and enjoy watching the parade. All proceeds will be going to the Janesville Police Department Explorer Post.

After the parade ,there will be a ceremony at the Veterans Plaza in Traxler Park honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military.
