Police investigating Hit & Run Accident. North Loop & Bancroft - Driver in custody - UPDATED 
UPDATE: 3 people, including (1) small child, sustained minor injuries after a white car struck their vehicle on North Loop Blvd. The driver, fled the scene but was captured in the 8800 block of Aspen Ave. The driver is facing felony charges of Hit&Run causing injuries.
North Loop is OPEN at this time.
