Janesville man arrested for 2nd offense operating while intoxicated after crashing his vehicle into a tree. 
On May 23, 2019 at 8:25 PM, Officers from the Janesville Police Department were dispatched to a traffic accident with injury at Riverside Park. Witnesses observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed strike a tree. Officers located a 29 year old male in the driver’s seat of the vehicle.
The driver was transported to Mercy Hospital for his injuries.
