Emeryville Police Department provides community awareness signs as part of the overall crime reduction campaign

The Emeryville Police Department has been implementing several different strategies in an effort to reduce the number of automobile break-ins occurring in our community. One of these strategies is to provide advisory signs to local business and parking lot managers. The signs alert drivers not to leave valuables in unattended vehicles. These signs were supplied by the police department in hopes they will provide a friendly reminder to drivers to take their belongings with them when they leave their vehicles.

Just remember, even if your leaving your vehicle for just a few minutes, take your belongings with you. Working in partnership with our community we know we can keep this beautiful city safe for all.
