The death of Kenee Griffing has been ruled a homicide. The investigation into the incident is ongoing. Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the APD Special Crimes Unit at 378-9468. On Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at 1:53PM, Amarillo Police officers were sent to 3611 NE 17th Avenue on a reported cardiac call. When officers arrived, they found a person deceased inside the residence. The cause of death is still being investigated by the APD Special Crimes unit.
The Special Crimes unit is needing to contact the residents of this home. We need to find out if they have information regarding the circumstances of the death of the Kenee Allynn Griffing WF 24 years of age.
