* Until 930 AM CDT.
* At 333 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Effingham, Toledo, Altamont, Neoga, Teutopolis, Greenup, Stewardson, Cowden, Beecher City, Jewett, Shumway, Montrose, Woodbury, Moccasin, Herrick, Sigel, Trowbridge, Mode and Lake Sara. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. This includes the following highways... Interstate 57 between mile markers 158 and 177. Interstate 70 between mile markers 88 and 117.
