Elm St at Center St 
GOFFSTOWN – Due to significant congestion around the water main construction on Elm St., the Department of Public Works announces traffic patterns changes starting tomorrow, May 23rd. All eastbound traffic will be allowed to continue straight down Elm St. All westbound traffic coming up Center St. will be sent up Locust Hill Road. Long delays should be expected 6:30am - 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Thru traffic is encouraged to seek alternate routes. DPW will send out a separate alert when complete road closure is required.
