This is the Burr Ridge Police Department notifying residents of the sighting of two possible burglary suspects on 5/21/2019 at approximately 4:00 pm.

On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at approximately 4:00 pm a Burr Ridge Officer attempted to stop two suspicious subjects in a vehicle in the 9400 block of Madison. The subjects fled the officer at a high rate of speed and were last seen in the area of 91^st and Route 83. It was later learned the subjects are suspected of committing a residential burglary in a nearby community.

The vehicle used is a black, late 90’s Ford Explorer or Mercury Mountaineer, in beater condition with orange bungee cords holding the hood down. There was no front plate, and possibly a false temporary registration on the rear.

• The driver is described as a male Hispanic, 30 years old, black hair, black facial hair, wearing a tan Carhartt type jacket.
• The passenger is described as a male Hispanic, 30 years old, black facial hair, wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled over his head.

The passenger is alleged to have repeatedly rang the doorbell at a home on Glenn Drive, then he ran away when he saw a resident look out the window.
