Sheriff Victor Hill’s Joint Operation “Agents Of The Bat” Results In 15 Wanted Suspects Captured! 
On Monday of this week, the Clayton County Police Department, Morrow Police Department, and Riverdale PD joined forces with the Sheriff’s Office to execute Sheriff Victor Hill’s joint operation “Agents Of The Bat”. 15 wanted suspects were captured in this operation.
Based on an anonymous tip received during the joint operation, PD Officers and Deputies went to an address on Joy Lake Rd in Lake Cityto find Jermaine Stigger who was wanted for a domestic violence incident. Stiggers spotted the Officers and Deputies and took off running from the address through the parking lot of several nearby businesses and yards towards Rex Road. With the assistance of air support from the police helicopter better known as “The Falcon”, Stiggers was captured without incident in less than 20 minutes.
Stiggers along with the rest of the captured suspects are all now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military now better known as “The Hill-ton”.
